The back board mount measures 10" x 15", Looks like solid mahogany. The gold metal record reads: "Panasonic New York Region Matsushita Electric Corporation of America". The brass plaque reads: "Presented to Oceana Import Co. For Record Breaking Sales Radio TV Tape Recorders Phones December-May 1971" with engraved signature of the General Manager.
