Solid VG+ 4.5 to VG/Fine 5.0 condition, still glossy and very attractive, with staple pulls (cover is still tightly attached at both), light surface and edge wear to cover (see images), small (1/2") cover edge tear near top staple, and tiny nick at top of spine.
Interior is in excellent condition, with off-white pages, bright inks, and no creasing, tears, writing, or missing pieces.
