All shipping tendance cost are without insurance and without tracking number! If you are worried about your item not arriving I suggest using registered mail. We offer registered post on all packages.
Registered mailing is optional and highly recommended on all orders, available upon request for an extra charge 6.00 € to ensure that the item gets there safe and secure. The Hungarian Post is safe, but I am not responsible for packages in foreign postal systems.

UNREGISTERED PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED ENTIRELY AT THE BUYERS RISK FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE.

Return Policy

No returns of sealed items!
Any claims of dissatisfaction will not be met with refunds unless item is returned in the condition it was mailed in with all original shipping materials. All shipping costs are not refundable and shipping both ways MUST be paid for by buyer. No exceptions!
Outside the EU all packages must be returned as "returned goods". In case of failure to do so, the Hungarian customs duty (15-20%) and VAT (27%) will be payable by the sender, the value of which will be deducted from the price of the product!
